Preparation Method

1.- Use 2g of tea per cup (approx. 1 teaspoon).
2. Heat the water to 90-95 °C and let it steep for 3-5 minutes depending on the desired intensity.
You can enjoy it on its own or with a splash of plant-based milk or a teaspoon of honey to soften its natural strength.
